This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to personal data collected by Incheq LLC (referred to as “Incheq,” “Company,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) an Illinois USA registered company with the Secretary of State.
Incheq is committed to protecting your privacy online. This Policy discloses our privacy practices for our services, located at app.incheq.com (Web-App), our mobile TaskApp, related applications, and various related services (collectively “Platform” and “Services”). This Policy is designed to help you understand which information we collect and how we collect, share, and use this information. The Policy applies to all of our Platform and Services visitors, registered users, and subscribers. By accessing or using our Platform and Services, you will be asked to provide consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure, and other uses of your information as described in this Policy. Any reference to “you”, “your”, or “user” in this Policy shall mean the end-user of our Platform.
Irrespective of which country you reside in or supply information from, if you have provided permission then you authorize us to use your information in The United States of America and any other country where we may operate. Incheq Subscription Services
Use by Customers
Our subscription services allow any third-party organization that uses it to build their own service platform. The information added to the Service, either by employees or other subscribed members, is stored and managed on our service providers servers.
As a user of the platform you are engaged with a third-party organization that utilizes one or more Incheq Products or Services (“Third-Party Property”). Any information you submit to such Third-Party Property is collected under the privacy policy of the owner of such Third-Party Property, and you should contact the owner with any related requests or inquiries you may have.
Use by Incheq
Incheq has no other purpose than to provide its platform to Third-Party organizations to subscribe and use it for their own purposes. Information collected and managed through the Service for our own marketing belongs to us and is used, disclosed and protected according to this privacy policy.
Which types of Personal Information do we collect?
If you provide your data and give us permission, the personal data we collect allows our users to set up a user account and profile that can be used to personalize their experience on the Platform. We collect the following types of information (all considered “Personal Information”) from our users.

Types and disclosures of aggregate information
We may share aggregated information concerning our users, without attribution of personal Information, to other companies with whom we conduct business. In other words, we may combine your anonymized data with those of all or a particular group of our users to prepare collective profiles of our users and their activities for our internal use and can share the same with our partners. Such information allows us to continue to grow and provide you with quality information through higher quality product development, more relevant partnerships, and more accurate marketing and advertising of the Platform. Incheq is designed by industry experts who were tired of complicated cumbersome software tools. There is no software to install or purchase. Just sign up on a monthly basis, add the tasks, download the free app and get to work!.
We were frustrated with all the work we had to do to get preventive maintenance scheduled, verified and reported. Software available was cumbersome and time consuming. It was not helpful to actually execute the work on time and not able to easily report what was done and by whom.
Incheq is built by us to remove the usual problems of getting overwhelmed with lists, spreadsheets and things that we don’t want to focus on right now. At the moment we just want to know what needs to get done and ✅ nothing else. Using Incheq, means that we can simple focus on our own tasks and not on what others need to do, not what should get done next month, just simply showing us the tasks for right now.
